This policy explains what information this website collects, how Alacer Matrix LLC uses it, and the choices you have. It applies to alacermatrix.com and to email we exchange with you as a result of using it. Effective November 1, 2026.
Who we are
Alacer Matrix LLC is a consulting firm serving financial institutions. Our office is at 3 Second Street, Jersey City, NJ 07311, United States. For anything in this policy, write to info@alacermatrix.com.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, work email address, organization, the priority you select and the message you write. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to continue the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which record the IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of each request. We use those logs only to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not run analytics and does not load advertising or social-media tracking tags. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own site, so viewing a page does not send a request to a third party. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Who processes your information
The site is hosted and the contact form is processed by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf and makes them available to us. Netlify acts on our instructions and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.
Pages on this site link to third-party sites, including Medium and LinkedIn, where some of our writing is published. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, and are deleted when no longer needed. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider for security and operations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@alacermatrix.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. You may make the requests described above without being treated differently for doing so.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored with our hosting provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential client information, account numbers or other sensitive data through the contact form.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. This version is effective November 1, 2026.
