Amazing, shows the need for good BI and a BI interface. It also shows the need for good processes and making sure the right data is being stored and each bit of data.
Great Infografic on Big Data for Banks. Indeed this is a Major opportunity. One of the challenges is to find the Balance between data use and data security out of the eyes of the customer.
